    You’ll get a practical workbook and spiritual framework to bring order, rest, and purpose to your 168 hours each week.

  • Private Facebook Group
    You won’t walk this alone. Join a supportive, grace-filled community of women who are learning to live
    free, not frantic. Inside the group, you’ll find encouragement, accountability, and space to share how you’re applying the tools throughout the week.

  • Wrap-Up and Reflection (Monday after Thanksgiving)

    We'll gather again for a brief live session to celebrate your progress, reflect on what's shifted, and set your intention for the weeks ahead.
